This policy covers the website www.digital-first.de. Our apps have their own privacy policies, for duoly see duoly.app/en/privacy.

2. Visiting the website
When you open this website, our server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, the page requested, referrer, and browser and operating system (user agent). Without this data the page cannot be delivered. We also use it to detect attacks and errors.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept only as long as necessary for this purpose and then deleted.
3. Hosting
The website is hosted on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. We have a data processing agreement with Hetzner under Art. 28 GDPR.
4. Contact form and email
If you write to us through the contact form, we process your name, your email address, your company if given, your topic and your message, as well as your IP address and browser identifier (user agent). The form sends this data encrypted to our own server (cloud.duoly.app, also hosted by Hetzner in Germany), where we handle the enquiry in our enquiry system. If you email us, we process your address and the content of your message.
We use this data only to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where it concerns a contract or steps towards one, and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Every new enquiry from the form also triggers an email to our inbox info@digital-first.de. The inbox is hosted by Amazon Web Services in Ireland, with whom we have a data processing agreement.
We delete enquiries from the enquiry system automatically twelve months after they are settled, and enquiries that were never settled twelve months after they arrived, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
5. No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising services. Fonts, images and scripts are not loaded from third-party servers.
6. Links to other providers
We link to the Apple App Store, Google Play and the websites of our apps. Data is only transferred to the respective provider once you click one of these links. Their privacy policies apply there.
7. Your rights
You have the right to
- access the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR),
- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
- erasure (Art. 17 GDPR),
- restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
- object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR).
An email to info@digital-first.de is enough.
You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen, Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany.

We update this policy when the processing on this website changes. The version published here applies.
